2. Services
Ink & Ether Photography provides boudoir and intimate portrait photography sessions in the North Shore and Greater Boston area. All services are subject to a signed session contract, which governs the specific terms of your booking including payment, cancellation, and image delivery.

3. Payments & Refunds
All retainer fees are non-refundable. Collection balances are due one week prior to the session date. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued on session fees, collection balances, or product orders once placed. Payment plans must be arranged prior to the session.

4. Booking & Cancellation
Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and retainer payment. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in your session contract. Ink & Ether Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control, including illness, emergency, or venue unavailability. In such cases, a full credit valid for one year will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All images created during your session are the exclusive property of Ink & Ether Photography and are protected by United States copyright law. Purchasing digital files grants you a personal use license only. You may not sell, license, publish, or use images for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Images shared on social media must credit Ink & Ether Photography as © Ink & Ether Photography, @inkandetherphoto, or @inkandetherboudoir.

6. Privacy & Image Use
Your images will not be shared publicly without your written permission via a signed Media Release. If a Media Release is signed, Ink & Ether Photography may use your images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes. You may revoke this permission at any time with a 90-day buffer for removal. Images are retained for 90 days following your session. Signed Media Release holders have their images retained indefinitely.

Personal information collected during booking—including name, contact details, and payment information—is used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.
